Restorative yoga uses props to support the body in positions of openness and ease to facilitate
healing and relaxation. Studies have consistently demonstrated that restorative yoga lowers
blood pressure, improves sleep, eases anxiety, stimulates metabolism, boosts the immune system,
and promotes wellness! This series will include mindful movement, breathing exercises,
and tension releasing supported poses. Each week, in addition to addressing the full body, we will
focus on a specific area of tension.
Come and join me for a unique experience. If you are unable
to attend the series, drop-ins are welcome!
